Some people are not replaceable. I don't think that you can experience the same thing twice in a person. You either find better or worse. You will never find the same behaviour, personality or treatment in another person. Some people are really worth fighting and sacrificing for. It takes humility to recognize this.

When you love someone your capacity increases. It's important you recognise when they are disregarding your feelings, putting overs before you and treating you unkindly that it's not your sign to try harder or love more. It's your sign to walk away with your dignity intact.

It's important you always believe someone's actions over their words. It will save you from experiencing a heartbreak like no other.

Some things really are black and white. If you are constantly bringing up the same issue and the person is repeating it and/or doing it even more and making no adjustments or efforts to do better by you, they simply do not care about you.

2025 has taught me that it's very important you don't overstay your welcome. When someone is showing you that they don't respect, value or care about you it's important you leave immediately and not stay trying to force them to love you, treat you better or care. It destroys you.
