@Jim_Buckle@smrac1 Don’t warmup outside,use the indoor warmup track (200m sprint track )at the top which is useful to test the surface out and test your spikes out.Normal Spikes(6mm).Track is only 200m so four laps for Ella.If possible try stay on the inside lane as you run a lot further otherwise.
Good Win and Course Record today at Park View Junior Parkrun in Blackpool.Although I had run parkrun the day before I still managed to get 6.45 on the slippy course.Still feel like I can do much better but now hoping to break Moormead Record of 6.36 and Bushy Record of 6.16.
