Want to learn how to investigate sports integrity cases?
If you are new to investigations this will lay out the essential tools.
If you have extensive experience in other types of investigations, we will teach the specific resources and challenges in investigating different cases in sports integrity.
In short, if you want to fight against organized crime and corruption in sports - this is the program for you. We will have match-fixers, professional gamblers, bookmakers, police, prosecutors with direct, real life experience teaching what they do and how to beat them.
Two weeks of online preparation work - and then, three days on site in beautiful Lisbon -
June 1- 3, 2026 - at the prestigious Catolica School of Law, in Lisbon, Portugal.
The other professors are extraordinary. The Dean of Law - Miguel Poiares Maduro - was the former Integrity leader at FIFA who resigned when senior people asked to influence his investigations. His knowledge of international sports laws is unparalleled.
Nicholas Raudenski , the former Homeland Security agent who worked anti-match-fixing at FIFA and UEFA and the Head of Investigations at the International Testing Agency (ITA). He has a deep knowledge of both sides of the fence.
As for the guest lecturers - they will blow your mind.
If you are a poor student or come from a sports association that will not/cannot support your application there may be scholarships available. Details to follow but do apply:

It was a wonderful course and I enjoyed every part of it. I give my highest praise for the course. It was very practical and applicable, highly engaging, and simply one of the best courses I have attended so far.
I would like to share with you my gratitude for the great course on Sports Corruption and Integrity. What can I say! My expectations were exceeded. The course indeed blew my mind.
The course exceeded my expectations in terms of how the lectures were delivered, and the course content was taught. It was an additional benefit to have such a diverse student group which allowed for some nuanced perspectives.
It was eye-opening, shocking and inspiring at the same time – inspiring because there are so few investigators working in sports integrity so there's an opening for us/me. And motivating because the problems are vast.
I thought Nicholas Raudenski's investigation class, in particular the power, art and technique of interviewing, was tremendous and especially useful. I learned a lot from that. And finally I enjoyed the intro to match fixing by Declan Hill on the first Zoom call, I thought that was a great way to start the course.
