C’est une immense chance pour le pays. Soyez fiers. » NON, Monsieur le Président ! Ce que vous osez déclarer est non seulement faux, mais c’est une trahison pure et simple de la France. Et je vous le crie en tant que Français expatrié au Canada depuis plusieurs années. Ici, au Canada, je vis dans un pays dont la culture est extrêmement proche de la nôtre : mêmes racines, mêmes valeurs démocratiques, même langue dans une grande partie du territoire, même vision de la société. Malgré cette proximité évidente, la règle est implacable : quand on est accueilli, on abandonne quelque chose. On ne garde pas tout intact. On renonce à certaines habitudes, mentalités ou pratiques incompatibles avec le pays qui nous reçoit. On fait l’effort, parfois douloureux, de s’adapter pleinement : on adopte les lois, les codes, la laïcité, l’égalité hommes-femmes, la primauté de l’individu sur le clan. Celui qui refuse de lâcher ce qui contredit la France ne s’intègre pas : il juxtapose, il fracture, il colonise. Votre « immense chance » est une immense catastrophe que les Français subissent chaque jour : quartiers perdus, tensions communautaires, insécurité, coût exorbitant, dissolution de l’identité nationale. Et vous leur demandez d’en être fiers ? Honte à vous ! En tant qu’expatrié au Canada, je vois de loin mon pays se renier, se soumettre et se dissoudre. J’ai abandonné une part de moi malgré la proximité culturelle, par respect pour le pays qui m’accueille. Et vous, vous offrez à d’autres le droit de tout garder, de tout imposer, et vous en faites une vertu nationale ! Arrêtez de trahir la France.
