पहले में घर में AC चलाता था cold Air कम आती थी electric bill ऐसे आता था जैसे घर में Data center चल रहा हो..👀 ऊपर से हर महीने mechenic Budget बिगड़ जाता था sir gas खत्म हो गई sir कंप्रेशर गया..🥺 फिर एक friend ने सलाह दी भाई दीवार पर डिब्बे टांगना बंद कर duct cooler लगवा ले..😃 फिर मेने Duct cooler लगवाया पूरे घर में एक जैसी fresh cooling मिलने लगी और सिर्फ एक cooler पूरे घर को silent तरीके से ठंडा कर रहा हे electric bill भी रहम करने लगा अब पड़ोसी पूछते हे भाई क्या लगवा लिया मैने बोला Duct cooler चालू करते ही 4 कमरे दो पड़ोसी और आधा मोहल्ला ठंडा हो जाता हे..🤣 और बार बार maintanace का झंझट भी खत्म..😅 दीवार पर टंगा AC भी सोच रहा हे भाई इतनी Cooling तो में सपने में भी नहीं दे सकता..😃 क्या आपको Duct cooler की दमदार cooling का experience हे.. 👇

After the post-election violence of 2021, she had lost everything and was working at that same institution on a low-paid contractual basis. Somehow, he trapped her, forcibly made objectionable videos of her, and continuously blackmailed and raped her, saying that she would have to do whatever he demanded, otherwise he would implicate her in false cases and make her rot in jail. At one point, the woman even began considering suicide. However, by the grace of Mother Kali, one day she gathered the courage to tell me everything. She also told me that the man had connections reaching the higher levels of the TMC establishment and that the police administration was effectively in his pocket. After this, I protested and began fighting against the injustice. At that time, Shantanu Sinha Biswas entered the scene and started creating a false case against me by making that vile rapist write false allegations in front of me. A well-planned conspiracy was made to send me to jail for years and crush the entire movement for justice. But due to everyone’s good wishes and God’s blessings, I had prepared myself to some extent in advance. As a result, despite all attempts to shield the guilty person — a man closely connected with directors of the TMC establishment and influential TMC leaders — that despicable individual had to spend six months in jail even during the TMC regime itself. He is now out on bail citing physical health problems. With the blessings of Mother Kali and everyone’s support, I was able to secure justice for the victim. Undekhi is the kind of show that should have broken the internet. And that’s the most Indian OTT tragedy I can think of. No major marketing. No hype. You just stumble onto it on SonyLIV and become completely obsessed. Loved Season 4. Absolutely didn’t see this coming… the moral tables have flipped. The antagonists have become protagonists. And I’m fully empathising. One moment for Papaji though. Easily one of the most repulsive characters ever written for Indian television. Entitled, monstrous. Harsh Chhaya plays him so well it gets uncomfortable to watch. If this were on Netflix it would be in every conversation about world-class crime drama. It’s not. So I’m telling you instead. “Yes Sir” की संस्कृति में दब गई उत्तर प्रदेश की बिजली व्यवस्था! वर्टिकल सिस्टम और कागज़ी योजनाओं ने उपभोक्ताओं को झोंका संकट में* प्रदेश मे बढते उपभोक्ताओं की संख्या से बिधुत लोड चरम पर है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ विभाग द्वारा कर्मचारियों को घटाना,संविदा कर्मियों को हटाना और संसाधनों का अभाव यह साबित करता है कि बिजली व्यवस्था की योजनाएं सिर्फ फाइलों और बैठकों तक सीमित हैं, धरातल पर नहीं। ऊपर से रोज समीक्षा बैठकें और निर्देशों की बौछार" विभाग के अंदर “Yes Sir” संस्कृति इतनी हावी हो चुकी है कि अधीनस्थ अधिकारी वास्तविक स्थिति बताने से डरते हैं। उच्च अधिकारियों तक वही रिपोर्ट पहुंच रही है जो सुनने में अच्छी लगे। गर्मी शुरू होने से पहले लोड, जर्जर लाइनें, ट्रांसफार्मर क्षमता, स्टाफ और संसाधनों की समीक्षा एक नियमित प्रक्रिया होनी चाहिए थी, लेकिन विभाग में समीक्षा अब समस्या समाधान नहीं बल्कि “फरमान” बन चुकी है। धरातल की कमियां दूर करने के बजाय केवल आदेश जारी किए जाते हैं। सबसे बड़ा सवाल विभाग की तथाकथित “वर्टिकल प्रणाली” पर खड़ा हो रहा है। जहां पहले सीमित संसाधनों में भी स्थानीय स्तर पर वयवस्था कर काम निकल जाता था, वहीं अब जिम्मेदारियां बंटी जरूर हैं लेकिन जवाबदेही गायब हो गई है। संविदा कर्मचारियों को हटाने और स्टाफ घटाने के फैसलों ने हालात और बिगाड़ दिए हैं। बहुत से उपकेंद्र ऐसे हैं जहां लाइनमैन तक उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। फाल्ट होने पर घंटों बिजली बंद रहती है विभाग के मुखिया चाहे रोज समीक्षा करें, वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग करें या सख्त निर्देश जारी करें, लेकिन सच्चाई यही है कि बिना मैनपावर, बिना संसाधन और बिना जमीनी तैयारी के बिजली व्यवस्था केवल कागज़ों में ही सुधर सकती है, हकीकत में नहीं। यदि समय रहते वर्टिकल प्रणाली की समीक्षा नहीं हुई, संविदा कर्मचारियों को हटाने की नीति पर पुनर्विचार नहीं किया गया और उपकेंद्रों को पर्याप्त स्टाफ व संसाधन उपलब्ध नहीं कराए गए, तो आने वाले दिनों में बिजली संकट से कोई रोक नहीं सकता। "सभी विडिओ राजधानी लखनऊ के है" @ChairmanUppcl @UPPCLLKO @MdPvvnl @mduppcl @mdmvvnl @Devendr43336892
