@RoyalMailHelp the postal service is extremely poor. I recently received a tax letter a full 28 days after dated and so far this week have not received any post. Since our regular postman finished we have not had a decent service and live In churchdown, Gloucester not rural

@HolidayExtras I would never use this company again. Poor service and uncaring. Booked transfers from alacante to torrevieja and flight was cancelled due to strike they were informed but no transfer. Return didn't turn up either. No refund no apology no service no care. Don't use
