Dear all, Jai Bhim Jai Birsa 🙏 We, from Gadchiroli Savitribai Phule Resource Centre (SRC), are looking for 2 full-time educators for our new Bhamragad Centre starting from 1st April. SRC is a grassroots, people-driven initiative committed to making education accessible, meaningful, and empowering for children from socially and economically marginalized communities, especially Dalit and Adivasi students in remote regions like Gadchiroli. Our work goes beyond basic teaching — we focus on building strong foundations in learning, critical thinking, confidence, and awareness, so that children can not only complete schooling but also aspire for higher education and dignified livelihoods. In areas like Bhamragad, access to quality education is still a major challenge. Many children are first-generation learners, with limited exposure, lack of academic support, and very few role models who have pursued higher education. Without the right guidance at the right time, their potential often remains unrealized. This is where SRC steps in — to bridge that gap, to create pathways from villages to colleges, and to ensure that talent is not lost due to circumstances. As you know, SRC runs entirely on community support. We do not take any funding from government or CSR. What keeps us going is the belief that real change comes when individuals step forward and take responsibility. We talk a lot about marginalisation… but rarely do we step forward to work for it. So today, this is not just information — this is a call. If you truly believe in education as a path to dignity, equality, and transformation… if you want to go beyond words and contribute on the ground… this is your chance.
