Be careful when buying gifts from #Amazon, going through the worst experiences when returning and getting refund for two gifts.

@AmazonHelp dropped two gifts to UPS on 7/6, and after 11 days UPS confirmed they consider those packages as lost. talked to amazon and spent over 1 hour, and they said they will call back on following day, they did not, they called me after two days and said wait another 14 days.
