भजनलाल जी आज हमारे बीच नहीं हैं और ऐसे समय में उन पर इस तरह की टिप्पणी करना सिर्फ अनुचित ही नहीं अपितु हरियाणा की राजनीतिक परंपराओं के लिए अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है… तीन बार प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री रहे नेता के बाबत की जा रही बेबुनियाद बयानबाज़ी दरअसल हमारे मूल्यों और संस्कारों पर सीधा प्रहार है और चिंता की बात यह है कि यह सब प्रदेश के मुखिया की उपस्थिति में उस मंच से हो रहा था जहाँ जिम्मेदारी और गरिमा की सबसे अधिक अपेक्षा होती है। जिन लोगों का हरियाणा के सार्वजनिक जीवन में कोई ठोस योगदान नहीं रहा वो भी आज हमारी धरोहरों को कटघरे में खड़ा करने का दुस्साहस कर रहे हैं। भारतीय जनता पार्टी को आत्ममंथन करना चाहिए और अपने विधायकों व सांसदों को यह समझाना चाहिए कि सत्ता का अर्थ केवल अधिकार नहीं बल्कि मर्यादा, संवेदनशीलता और जिम्मेदारी भी होती है। हम स्पष्ट रूप से इस तरह की बयानबाज़ी करने वाले नेताओं की कड़ी निंदा करते हैं तो वहीं साथ ही मंच पर मौजूद रहकर चुप्पी साधे नेताओं की भूमिका को भी उतनी ही सवालों के घेरे में मानते है इसलिए ऐसे सभी लोगों को जनता और प्रदेश की भावनाओं का सम्मान करते हुए सार्वजनिक रूप से माफ़ी मांगनी चाहिए। @bishnoikuldeep @cmbishnoi

भाजपा साँसद श्रीमती रेखा शर्मा द्वारा पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री, स्वर्गीय चौधरी भजन लाल बारे की गई अमर्यादित टिपण्णी पूरी तरह शर्मनाक, अस्वीकार्य व अपमानजनक है । सार्वजनिक जीवन में इस प्रकार की भाषावली सामाजिक तथा राजनीतिक शुचिता से परे है। वो भी एक ऐसे व्यक्ति के बारे जो दिवंगत हैं और जिन्होंने लंबी राजनीतिक पारी निभाई। यही नहीं उनके बेटे और पूर्व उप मुख्यमंत्री, हमारे साथी श्री चंद्रमोहन को लेकर की गई शब्दावली भी मर्यादा और शुचिता से कौसों दूर है । राजनीति में ऐसा अहंकार ही पतन की पहली शुरुआत है। उम्मीद है कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सैनी व भाजपा अध्यक्ष श्री मोहन लाल बड़ौली सार्वजनिक तौर से चौधरी भजन लाल के पूरे परिवार से क्षमा मांग अपनी सांसद के ख़िलाफ़ कार्यवाही करेंगे ।

I did not witness colonial rule, but history tells us that in those times arrest was often used as a tool of control rather than a consequence of investigation. Disturbingly, in present times, from what I observe in my day-to-day court practice, there appears a similar trend emerging,where arrest precedes investigation, and incarceration becomes a means to fish for evidence rather than a response to it. What I have learnt,that law is clear: arrest is not meant to be a tool for conducting investigation. It is a last resort.The Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar categorically held that arrest should not be automatic and acknowledged the “battle between the police and the lawmakers,” cautioning against misuse of arrest powers.Yet, despite these binding directions, arrests are often made first, and investigation follows later. Take for instance the widely publicized “Cash for Job” matter in Haryana. I had the opportunity to secure discharge for one of the accused. The court found no sufficient material to proceed. But who restores the lost months of incarceration? Who compensates the damage to reputation? Who accounts for the social stigma? Discharge may vindicate legally,but it does not rewind time. There are other instances and precedents with me,this is one of that. Similarly, in cases involving political leaders such as @ArvindKejriwal and @msisodia, arrest became the focal point of the process, while investigation seemed to follow rather than precede it. Ultimately, when courts grant relief or discharge, the larger question remains: was arrest truly necessary? Even our leaders like @UdayBhanuIYC and other IYC members have faced arrest during peaceful protests. Arrest for investigation cannot become a norm; otherwise, the exception swallows the rule. To be clear: courts are not extended arms of investigating agencies. However, when bail is denied mechanically, without strict scrutiny of the necessity of custody, it creates a perception that the process itself is being used as punishment. There are courts that courageously uphold the majesty of law and protect personal liberty. But there is also an unsettling perception that some courts hesitate when powerful agencies are involved,as if upholding liberty might invite institutional discomfort.The Constitution envisions courts as guardians of liberty, not as silent spectators to executive overreach. I get an opportunity to appear before number of courts dealing with criminal cases, I being representing in such cases, but when those cases are being tried in media,and named as "media trial" then most of the courts refrain themselves to give any relief,but there are courts who just go with the book and law,and ultimately upholds the majesty of law. Arrest is not punishment. Custody is not investigation. And liberty is not a concession,it is a constitutional guarantee. The real test of judicial strength is not in routine cases, but when the might of the State stands on the other side. @RahulGandhi @KapilSibal @rssurjewala @DrAMSinghvi @LiveLawIndia

हरियाणा में सड़क दुर्घटना के घायलों के इलाज की केंद्रीय योजना भी "भाजपाई धोखेबाजी" की भेंट चढ़ी ! ➡️ दरअसल मोदी सरकार के केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने अक्टूबर-2024 में सड़क दुर्घटना के घायलों के निःशुल्क इलाज की योजना शुरू की थी ! ➡️ केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय द्वारा भुगतान की जाने वाली इस योजना के तहत, घायलों को प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में 7 दिन तक 1.5 लाख रुपए का नि:शुल्क इलाज निर्धारित है ! 📍मगर हरियाणा में भाजपा की "जानलेवा ठगी" ने इस योजना को भी ठिकाने लगा दिया और सड़क हादसे के घायलों को उनके हाल पर छोड़ दिया ! 📍इस योजना के तहत 14 महीने में कुल 4,654 लोगों ने फ्री इलाज के लिए आवेदन किया.. मगर 3,739 मामलों की पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन के बाद भी मात्र 300 घायलों को ही इलाज़ का पैसा मिला ! 📍इनमें से 1400 मरीजों को तो सरकारी अस्पताल भेज दिया गया, बाकी सभी मरीजों को इलाज का पैसा खुद चुकाना पड़ा और अब तो 3 महीने से योजना का टीएमएस पोर्टल ही ठप है ! 📍हकीकत यही है कि हरियाणा में सड़क हादसे के ज्यादातर घायलों को सरकारी अस्पतालों में ही भर्ती लिया गया और जो प्राइवेट अस्पताल में भर्ती हुए उन्हें इलाज का पैसा खुद भरना पड़ा ! मतलब साफ है- भले ही लोगों की ज़िंदगी का ही सवाल क्यों न हो, भाजपाई सरकार की ठगी के डबल ईंजन की हर योजना सिर्फ खोखले प्रचार, झूठ की भरमार और धोखे की मार है !

संविधान दिवस पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में "स्थानीय विधायक" को जानबूझ कर निमंत्रण न देकर जनादेश का अपमान करने का काम नगर निगम आयुक्त ने किया है। यह विधानसभा सदस्य के विशेषाधिकार का हनन है।पूर्व में भी अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी निरंतर नजरअंदाज करके अपमानित करने की कोशिश करते है। संविधान दिवस पर संविधान की रक्षा करना मेरा कर्तव्य है,हमारे नेता राहुल जी संविधान को बचाने के लिए पूरे देश में लड़ाई लड़ रहे है।इसी कड़ी में माननीय स्पीकर,हरियाणा विधानसभा को पत्र भेजकर हस्तक्षेप करने की मांग की है👇🏼👇🏼 @HarvinderKalyan

My Dear Brothers & Sisters of Haryana and Punjab, The move by Govt of India to amend Article 240 of the Constitution of India is a debilitating assault on Federalism as also the rights of Haryana and Punjab over Chandigarh as a joint Capital of the two States under Punjab Reorganisation Act, 1966. Question is ‘Why is the Modi Govt & BJP acting inimically to the States of Haryana and Punjab?’ THERE IS A CLEAR PATTERN ! LET’S SEE REPEATED ATTEMPTS 👇 👉 GOI designedly created a clash between the two brothers i.e Haryana and Punjab, by undermining the rights of Haryana on Bhakra Dam by permitting Punjab Police to take over the Dam and lock its gates. Non release of adequate water to Haryana from Bhakra Dam during last Kharif season led to surplus water in reservoir, which later caused one of the worst floods in Punjab. The sole aim of Govt of India appeared to be to create unwarranted hostilities between the two States and disturb the water sharing arrangement that has continued between the two States since the building of Bhakra Dam by Pandit Nehru. Sadly, the Bhagwant Mann Govt became a willing tool in the game by creating confrontation for some news headlines. Hope they saw the result in devastation of floods. 👉 Mutilating the structure of Punjab University was second such act by Modi Govt in recent times. Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru created Punjab University by the Punjab University Act, 1947, with an elected Senate and Syndicate in healthiest of the democratic traditions. Without any provocation or reason, Modi Govt woke up one morning and decided to annihilate the democratic structure of Punjab University by passing a completely illegal and ill conceived order under Punjab Reorganisation Act, ignoring the mandate of Punjab University Act. No wonder, GOI cut a sorry figure and retreated. 👉 The latest instance of amending Article 240 is the new tool to attack the identity, ethos and spirit of the States of Haryana and Punjab. What is unexplainable is as to what is the provocation ? Answer - NONE. What is the sudden ‘voice from the sky’ or a ‘prophecy’ that dawned upon Modi Govt to obliterate the contours of Punjab Reorganisation Act ? Answer - NONE. The only answer is the unbridled desire to take absolute control of Chandigarh, ignoring the sentiments or spirit of the People of Haryana and Punjab. The Govt of India must withdraw from these wholly ill advised moves to undo the equilibrium of what we call as the “City Beautiful” - Chandigarh. 👉 A piece of advise for Nayab Saini Govt and BJP in Punjab. Please smell the Coffee and stand up for the rights and unwavering spirit of Haryana and Punjab. 👉 AND A NOTE OF CAUTION TO POLITICIANS, PERSONS & PARTIES IN PUNJAB, WHO ARE CREATING AN OFT REPEATED FALSE BOGEY OF ‘CHANDIGARH FOR PUNJAB’ OR ‘PUNJAB UNIVERSITY FOR PUNJAB’. Your arguments are self defeating and go against the grain of “Punjabiyat”. Haryana was also Punjab prior to 1st November, 1966. Then, how can Haryana be denied its rightful legacy? Grow Up ! Remember, two Brothers grow up, they separate, start their own families, divide properties amicably but the blood and spirit always remains the same. So, please don’t be blindsided by the parochial arguments and petty point scoring. Don’t let Modi Govt divide Punjab and Haryana in an acrimonious relationship or make them adversarial opponents. The two States have a shared heritage and can hold hands as brothers for a better future for our children and generations to come. LET CHANDIGARH AND OUR SHARED INSTITUTIONS NOT FALL PRAY TO THE MECHEVILLUAN POLITICS OF THOSE OUT TO DIVIDE US ! Jai Hind !
