@RachelDelahaye 🫣 Poor her. As a fellow nervous flyer I highly recommend reading the 'Flying With Confidence' book; honestly has gone from me crying at take off and wanting to get off, counting to 2 mins after take off etc to just feeling slightly anxious. World of difference.

When it went dark a guy near me yelled “ABOLISH THE SUN.” I hope there’s an eclipse in Britain during my lifetime. I feel like more people would heckle the sun.

Look it’s not going to win any photography awards but seeing a total eclipse was incredibly cool, even through clouds. There is a moment as it suddenly goes dark when you think, in a panic, “but what if the Sun DOESN’T come back”.
