Yes ma'am, this was a follow up to a tweet I posted before this one. But anyways, my gratitudes to you and those narrators in Tamil who bring a book alive. I particularly liked your narrations of Jayamohan's short stories, not to mention Sujatha's novels on Storytel. Lookin fwd to reading more.

The one good thing about Tamil literature is that there is renewed interest especially after Ponniyin Selvan. Also, the pride in ones language contributes to some extent in reading (or at least learning about) books and ancient literature. Although I do not claim to read Tamil literature so much, after the advent of platforms like @Storytel_global , I have started to read authors like Sujatha, T. Janakiraman, Balakumaran, Jayamohan (my favourite storyteller in Tamil), Usha Subramanian, Anuradha ramanan, Rajeshkumar, Pattukkottai Prabhhakar among others.
