Ok, BUT, in order for this amplification to be realized, someone or something needs to buy the common equity to the extent that would support or outpace your assumptions, correct? $MSTR is not a fund, it’s a stock, therefore the market price of the equity comes down to buyers vs sellers, hence why so many people have trouble “getting it”. These guys making fun of the dummies in the room don’t understand how counterproductive it is to exact their tribalism bullshit on those of us who see it in more simple terms. You WANT the market to get it and to buy in or those assumptions break…quickly 🙄

Hi Andy! Have you considered what will happen if Bitcoin doubles in price? If MSTR has a 35% amplification ratio, then a big chunk of the Bitcoin stack is financed by fixed senior claims. When Bitcoin doubles, those claims do not double with it. They stay fixed in dollar terms, so the upside flows disproportionately to common equity. Assume: Bitcoin reserve value = $100 Senior claims, debt + preferred = $35 Common equity backing = $65 Now Bitcoin doubles: Bitcoin reserve value goes to $200 Senior claims stay $35 Common equity becomes $165 So common equity went from $65 to $165 That is: +153.8% for common equity versus +100% for Bitcoin So in that simplified example, MSTR equity behaves like roughly 1.54x BTC upside before market multiple changes. INTERESTING!
Andy Constan@dampedspring

Just buy BTC. This is all garbage and every dollar of $STRC kills the MNAV of $MSTR which has collapsed the last couple of months and is now 1.11 on its way to a discount as long as they keep loading on "Iphone moment Revenue" - I mean dividend expense

@elonmusk Remarkably she was able to rip off this seemingly incomprehensible sequence of letters and numbers from memory, with a straight face. Been trying this for 30 min and can’t seem to get past MMIW 🤪. This has to be ai!

I think the mistake here is viewing this through a binary lens. Militarily they’ve been decimated. Ideologically they’ve never been more empowered. Thinking we can win this through military force without doing the unthinkable is the critical flaw. Iran can literally cripple the global economy simply by means of leveraging geography and there is nothing our military can do, again, without doing the unthinkable 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m sorry, but in order to spin this as a US loss, you have to be completely retarded and/or have zero conception of how totalitarian regimes operate. Their entire MO is lying and projecting the perception of power. The people perceiving the regime to be in control is the only thing that keeps them in control. They will always claim victory, even in the face of overwhelming defeat (like this). We will likely let them because being able to maintain power in a weakened state is preferable to regime change; but the only way they can maintain power internally is by the illusion that they won. It is called “saving face,” and it is dictatorships 101. Look it up so you don’t sound so retarded. Their entire plan was just to bomb everyone and close the strait and hope to outlast the US/Israel. But objectively, we have destroyed their entirely military and command structure. The Gulf states are openly attacking them, and China, even North Korea, have distanced themselves. There is simply no way to spin this as a victory if you are a halfway intelligent person. You have fallen for the lowest IQ propaganda in history. Sad.

General Caine this morning. The US has destroyed: - ~80% of Iran’s air defense systems (>1500 AD targets) - >450 ballistic missile storage facilities - >800 one-way attack drone storage facilities - >200 C2 nodes - 90% of the Navy (150 ships) and half of IRGC small attack boats - 95% of naval mines - 90% of weapons factories including every factory that produced Shaheds and their guidance systems - 80% of missile production facilities - >20 naval production and fabrication facilities damaged or destroyed - 80% of nuclear industrial base

The victim mentality almost destroyed my ability to lead, love, and grow. Here is how I broke free from it: For years, I unconsciously played the blame game (the way most people do). By the time I understood what it was costing me, I had already wasted years of emotional energy, damaged relationships, and handed over the steering wheel of my life to people and circumstances that had no business driving. It nearly became a permanent way of operating. Others I've watched do the same thing never came back from it. They aged into their resentments. Became bitter. Isolated. Stuck. We had the same capacity for freedom – they just never chose it. So here is how I found my way out: 1. The first turning point was realizing blame is a transaction. Blame buys you innocence, sympathy, and the right to stay exactly where you are. Once you see you're collecting a payoff, you can no longer pretend it's something happening to you. By reframing adversity as something happening for you rather than to you, you can transform your habit of blaming into spiritual growth. 2. The second turning point was Viktor Frankl. A man who lost his family, his freedom, and everything he owned inside a N*zi concentration camp... and still chose to respond from a place of love. He called it the final human freedom (the space between what happens to you and how you respond, the one place no external circumstance can reach). When I really sat with that, I stopped being able to justify my own smaller grievances the way I had been. If he could exercise that freedom there, I had no excuse not to exercise it everywhere. It felt uncomfortable (the way responsibility always does) but also like reclaiming something that had always been mine. 3. The third turning point was the daily practice. Understanding something intellectually and living it are two completely different things. What I did every day was simple: Whenever I noticed the urge to blame, to tell myself a story of what someone did to me or what circumstance derailed me, I stopped and asked myself – what is the payoff I'm collecting right now? Self-pity. Sympathy. Innocence. The right to stay small. I started letting these things go rather than using them to write my story. The result was simple. I stopped being a victim of my circumstances and started being the author of them. That's what personal sovereignty actually feels like. I'm not special and I'm not better than anyone who's struggled with the blame game. I just got honest with myself about what I was actually doing and chose to walk a new path in life. If you find yourself pointing the finger outward more than inward right now, this is your sign. Blame has never solved a single problem in the history of the world. But personal responsibility has solved every problem that has ever been solved.

1993 flashback: Even Democrat Senator Harry Reid called birthright citizenship for illegal immigrants INSANE. “No sane country would do that. No sane country would give illegals citizenship. If you break our laws by entering this country without permission and give birth to a child, we reward that child with U.S. Citizenship and a guarantee to have full access to all public and social services this society provides.” He actually introduced legislation to END it. Democrats used to understand this.

This tweet changed my life. I remember when I tweeted this one random evening years ago while waiting in line for the bathroom at the ballet during intermission, I had ~5k followers at the time. When I next checked my phone, my Twitter was blowing up and I gained like 500 followers every refresh. Every opportunity I’ve had since then, professional and otherwise, has come from writing online and sharing my ideas publicly. My idea of what was possible expanded. I published a book. I met my heroes. It still blows my mind that people pay money to read my thoughts on my blog, and that every time I hit “post” a sports stadium size audience accesses it

@deepswayze No, you really don’t. She didn’t say challenge them with it or say you’re into it or whatev to see what happens. It’s more like if it comes up (organically or no) and he makes a face or says only dumb bitches think it’s real, that’s a p good indicator of a lack of basic respect.

I understand the intent here, but I’m not sure you do. Encouraging women to test men (or visa versa) like this on a first date is incredibly dysfunctional. If a male influencer was advocating that men bring combative bullshit to a first date to test how a woman might react, I think most women would find that distasteful, misogynistic and disrespectful and justify so. I’m simply pointing out the irony and hypocrisy here. We should be encouraging connection and discouraging people from finding ways to create conflict and thus disconnection.

@deepswayze @SLCSpesh @SchrodingrsBrat It’s not about seeing if you can connect, it’s about seeing if the man will immediately dismiss or insult something they see as a “woman” thing. If they do, there’s very good odds they won’t bother to care about more serious women’s things.

I understand the intent and stand by my comment. My point > let's stop testing each other and antagonizing a reason to disconnect and encourage seeking reasons to connect. The underlying inference to her Tweet is outrageously misandrist. Ironic that women like her pitch this belittling garbage as empowering while dismissing and diminishing men as a whole. And the same women who praise this woman's desperate need for validation are wondering why "real men" are evaporating 😂. We're not btw, just not interested in overcoming this avoidant bullshit to share some company with someone who's looking for conflict 📷.

@deepswayze @SchrodingrsBrat I don’t think the intent there is to see if the man knows about astrology, which as you say, it is likely that they don’t. I think it’s to see if their going to be a dick about it

The internet doesn’t accept apologies. Saying sorry here will do very little, just move on and let people forget it. It doesn’t communicate remorse and instead you are creating a timestamped, searchable, screenshottable artifact that will live longer than your original offense, and will be used as evidence against you the moment you step out of line again. Apologies in real life work because they happen between two nervous systems. Eye contact. Tone of voice. The slight crack in your voice that signals to someone that you actually mean it. It closes a loop. An apology online opens a comment section. Don’t fall into this trap. Learn from the greats
