I believe the suicide rate for adhd is extremely high because the average adhd adult is closer to a homeless crackhead than being a fully functioning member of society. The constant failure and loss of years of your life is what leads to the depression but the root is real adhd

@SyntheticAnima Less stigma but I’m sure some of it’s because it’s more normal to not stand more than 30 minutes/day now. What with all the streaming, delivery, online gaming/work/school, unaffordability of moving out of parent’s house so less motivation to be employed in general, etc

I swear there's something wrong with zoomers because last time I went to a nerd convention, I saw about 2 dozen people in their 20s and 30s walking with canes, when like a decade ago it would be low single digits.
