@netsecu We have been trying. After 2 phone calls, we haven't received any additional response. We ended up buying licenses, for now, to be able to provide managed CrowdStrike Falcon Pro software to charities as part of our 501(c)(3) product and service grant offerings.

@CrowdStrike, your support team says uninstall protection on Macs does NOT apply when you uninstall through the UI. I've replicated uninstall on N-1 sensors. That is a critical bug. Your internal JIRA is in but not done.
