We've now routed $1B+, seen 2,000+ strategies built, $170M in TVL. As we're headed into this big @almanak week, it seemed like a good time to tell the story of how we got here - and where we're going. You might not know this, but Almanak has been around for a while. We started out four years ago as a DeFi risk manager incubated by @delphi_labs. Simulating protocols like Bancor and Uniswap, we helped them with decision making around protocol design and major governance decisions. For every new client, we were repeating the same process of building agent-based simulations and reports. This gave us an idea: what if we could turn this into a product? An offering that could allow us to bet on the growth of this industry and its increasing need for economic analysis. A few months later we shipped the first version of Almanak's DeFi Simulator - a sophisticated piece of tech that could take any protocol and stress test it under different market conditions. While the platform was useful to us, it turned out the total addressable market for such a product was too small to make a living - we needed to pivot. It was around this time, in early 2024, that Vitalik wrote his piece "The promise and challenges of crypto + AI applications". Paired with the increasing capabilities of LLMs, and the obvious synergies of AI and crypto, the path forward became clear; we would leverage our knowledge of AI, agent-based simulation and DeFi to build the first AI-powered platform for building and deploying DeFi strategies. And so we did. Fast forward to today, and we've come a long way from those early simulations. Almanak Agents have helped users build over 2,000 unique DeFi strategies, raise over $170M in capital for those strategies in Vaults, and routed over $1B USD in assets across a multitude of chains and protocols. All non-custodial, verifiable and on-chain. As we're headed into this next phase of the project, I want to take a moment to thank all of you that have supported us and continue to support us.
