It's no doubt that Ondo Global Market is the slingshot of @OndoFinance.
In just a few weeks since launching, many new RWA markets have appeared on Ondo, adopted by millions of users on the platform and also from DeFi protocols.
Sectors that recorded huge increases:
+ Ondo tokenized stocks
+ Tokenized commodities (AI, oil, data, etc.)
Two of the largest gateways for Ondo are @plumenetwork and @BNBCHAIN, facing 81.33% and 36.81% surges accordingly.

I used to get excited before every TGE.
A small presale or seed allocation made me expect strong gains on launch day.
Then the same pattern kept repeating: price spikes on day one -> heavy sell pressure right after -> the community gets frustrated, and the project loses trust fast.
The real issue is execution.
Many teams prioritize exchange listings and token flow over building a strong product and real user demand.

A launch can look impressive for a week. But long-term success comes from delivering real value and earning lasting community support.

I'm not an HR expert, but due to some research on the current job descriptions of these positions, here are the estimated income ranges:
+ Tier S: Around $200K – $800K per year (top income belongs to founders; of course, the project has to be successful)
+ Tier A: Around $120K – $300K
+ Tier B: Around $60K – $150K
+ Tier C: Around $30K – $90K
+ Tier D: $30K per year or based on the number of jobs
Yet the income is just estimated. If you can earn more than your tier, congrats.

There's a lot of people that's probably tired about hearing about how 'RWA's are gonna CRUSH in 2026' and not see a single RWA project actually worth investing in or using... but today that changes - with @Reental_co (cool opportunity at the bottom as well)
One of the biggest issues for most people when trying to invest in real estate is the fact that you often need a LOT of cash to start off. Sometimes 5 figs, sometimes 6 figures, sometimes even more.

I expect it to go up a bit further towards 700m, but settle around these levels or lower.
A good trade to take here on Polymarket is to buy 300m YES at about 85c and 1bn NO at 72-73c.

Nasdaq just got approval from the SEC to test tokenized stocks.
Here’s what that actually means:
→ stocks and ETFs can now be traded as blockchain tokens
→ same price, same rights, same ticker as normal shares
→ still settles through existing systems like DTC
So nothing ‘fully onchain’ yet… but the direction is clear.
