Valve, a video game developer, has made billions of dollars by letting children and adults illegally gamble for the chance to win valuable virtual prizes. These features are addictive and harmful. That's why I'm suing to stop Valve’s unlawful conduct and protect New Yorkers.

One of the bigger culture shocks about the northeast—something I’m still not fully over—is how most folks don’t care about college football. I understand none of the powerhouse schools are located there, but still I’m always struck by just how little people care about or follow college football. It’s all NFL. You don’t see college apparel. You don’t see bumper stickers or yard flags. You scarcely even see them for the schools that actually physically are located in the northeast (BC, BU, and Army being the exceptions). Ivy League grads don’t wear Ivy apparel (gauche) and you don’t see, say, Colgate apparel. In the South and Midwest, college football is the center of gravity. If you’re invested, you’ll watch games of teams you’re not even a fan of. That’s why it’s odd to me that you don’t see people tuning into college football in the northeast, but I guess if your alma mater isn’t even in the conversation, you don’t care what Ohio State or Georgia or Notre Dame are doing. And you probably don’t even know many folks who went to those schools (Notre Dame being an exception in the northeast). Just spilling my thoughts here. No real takeaway other than it’s striking to me. And I can’t get into the NFL to save my life.
