Anthropic DMCA'd @theo's Claude Code fork that didn't even have their source code.
This is the company that built their entire identity on "safety" and "openness."
I've been running AudioWave on Claude Code for 4 months. Open ecosystem is the whole value prop. If Anthropic starts nuking forks over PRs that edit a skill file, that's not a legal issue. That's a culture issue.
Watching this closely.

Anthropic DMCA’d my Claude code fork. …which did not have the Claude Code source. It was only for a PR where I edited a skill a few weeks ago. Absolutely pathetic.

What's pathetic is you thinking this is something `Anthropic` "did" to you. If you knew ANYTHING about the DMCA process, you'd know that it's a heavily algorithmic and 3rd party driven process that's widely abused; because it HAS to be in order for rights holders to be protected, and, because congress hasn't done fuck all about it in decades, but as a content owner I would expect you to know that.
