To make matters worse, customer support provides no real help for players who’ve invested their time and money. Truly disappointing. Reddit and YT are rife w/ complaints.

Activision acc. got hacked, now I’m stuck in the recovery process-no recovery without a linked account-a huge blindspot. Created a PlayStation-linked temp acc. but it’s useless-it wasn’t originally linked. @ATVIAssist @AskPlayStation, fix this Please! #CODMobile #ActivisionHelp

@OPPOCareIN You have stopped responding to my messages since Sunday and you refuse to answer the most basic question - has the policy been prominently mentioned on the box? You have made no efforts to resolve this situation n continue to unfairly reject a genuine claim. Stay away from #oppo!

@OPPOIndia @oppo My warranty claim for Oppo Enco Air 2 Pro TWS has been rejected b'coz I don't have the original box. What an unjust and arbitrary policy to summarily reject genuine claims. No other company expects you to keep boxes these days. Never buying Oppo again!

@OPPOCareIN Can you please clearly state whether this policy has been explicitly mentioned on the box? So that the consumer has been given clear and sufficient notice/disclaimer that their warranty will be rejected without the box?

@abhinavsinghai @OPPOIndia @oppo Spot on. They've designed this policy and buried it deep in the legalese so that they can summarily reject claims on arbitrary grounds. I don't think there is any other company of repute that expects you to keep original boxes. What a horrible experience #oppo

These surreptitious policies point to a mala fide intent on the part of these companies who try to hoodwink customers from their genuine warranty claims.

@OPPOIndia @oppo If I was to keep a box for every product I own, I would need a separate room just for boxes. Further, there is no mention of it on the box itself, but some obscure point is buried in your warranty policy. We should stay away from such companies and their abusive policies.

@mimestream It would be so much better if the search feature was built into the context menu in the messages list. Rn, it takes one too many steps n I can only search for messages 4m one sender at a time. It's really the only feature keeping me frm using Mimestream as my primary email client

@mimestream Looks great! Are there any plans on introducing the ability to search for emails (from one or multiple senders) from the context menu in the messages list? Currently, one has to select an email, right-click on the sender's name, and then search. Kind of convoluted and restricted.

@floydian_sleep Been using YNAB for a long time now. It allows you to budget, analyse your spending, etc. apart from tracking your daily spending. Changed the way I deal with money in my life.
