@Muller_Lab We didn't test NMNAT1:2 and NMNAT2:3 in our analysis to derive the bronze standard - they didn't pass the filtering steps while NMNAT1:3 did. We've only considered pairwise SLs so far - it's likely there are triplets but they're much harder to detect (w/ existing data)/predict!

@dekegelb Thanks, I saw. Studying them right now. What made you come to the determination that NMNAT1:3 but not not NMNAT1:2 or NMNAT2:3 are SL? I would love to see what you guys predict for triplets - cases where 3 paralogues are present and similarly expressed?
