@rahulcreates95 @foundmyfitness no tirgger here brother. use it or don't. TBH i don't see the harm in using it. Its cheap and easily taken. Couldn't hurt. I hope you get the answers you're looking for. Good luck.

@delafresh67 @foundmyfitness sorry to trigger some people here, but i used to be ( still i am ) little bit of anti creatine, but my friends are advising me in it’s favour, therefore, i need an expert advise .

Most people don't need more protein to build muscle.
They need to train more.
Protein isn’t the main driver of adaptation, training is. Muscle growth, strength, and metabolic health are primarily stimulated by mechanical tension and progressive overload, not just a higher protein intake.
Protein’s role is supportive. It helps repair and build after you’ve given your body a reason to adapt. But without a meaningful training stimulus, more protein doesn’t translate into better outcomes (e.g., more strength, greater lean mass).
English

@rahulcreates95 @foundmyfitness short answer. use it before work out 5-10 g and 20-25 g for cognitive function. especially if you didn't get good sleep.
English

@rahulcreates95 @foundmyfitness she's discussed this many many times. Go on her youtube channel or just search creatine dr patrick and you'll find something. .
English

@foundmyfitness could you please launch a video about usage of creatine,
- what are its advantages
- what are the drawbacks
- how does it reflect on your body / brain
- what is the right age and amount for its consumption
( it will be really helpful )

@delafresh67 @CaryKelly11 Do you mean "Pur"?
That's been my go to.
Wondering also about that one

Anyone still chewing gum?
That chewy part that never gets smaller is a plastic polymer. That same polymer can also be found in plastic bags, glue and tires.
A 2025 UCLA has shown that chewing gum releases hundreds to thousands of microplastics into your saliva per piece.
I highly recommend you stop chewing plastic.

@VinnieTortorich Great survival candle and heat source. I have some in my emergency stash at home. Just don’t eat.

The most common ingredient in your kitchen wasn't food 100 years ago.
Crisco was invented in 1911 from crystallized cottonseed oil — originally used for soap and candles. Procter & Gamble repackaged it as food and launched one of the most effective marketing campaigns in history: free cookbooks, samples to doctors, endorsements from home economists.
By 1948, P&G sponsored a radio contest that raised $1.7 million for the American Heart Association. By 1961, the AHA was endorsing vegetable oils over animal fats.
Since then, linoleic acid — the main fat in seed oils — went from 2% to 8% of the American diet. Seed oils went from 1% to 85% of all added fats.
They told you butter was dangerous and vegetable oil was heart-healthy. They had it exactly backwards.
Read the ingredients.

@TalkinBaseball_ @Jolly_Olive @JoezMcfLy Has Judge ever been the guy in a big moment? Sure wasn’t in the World Series and sure not in WBC.

@kevin_nealon I still have vm from my mom. She past 2 years ago. Its nice to hear her voice every once in a while.
English
I have my mother’s phone number in my contact list still. She passed away. People that pass away in my contact list, I don’t delete them because it just seems so insensitive.
I leave them in there. But I’ll put this emoji 😵 next to the name so I don’t call them, get all bummed out and be like oh that’s right they died. You know what I mean?
I called my mother a couple weeks ago and this guy named Hector answered the phone. I said this used to be my mother’s phone number and I thought I was gonna hear her voice when you answered.
He goes oh what does she sound like? Maybe I do an impression of her. I said no, cause I’ll know it’s you now cause you told me you’re gonna do that, and he hung up on me.
But what Hector doesn’t know is because he has my mother’s phone number now, by default he’s my emergency contact.

Haven't hit 225 since High school. Even then only hit it 2-3 reps at one time. Been lifting since last August and I think I may be close. I don't do the barbell bench at all but I'm curious to try. By summer I will have it no doubt. By end of this year at 47 I will be stronger in my upper body then I was in high school.
English

Benching 225 is not, in fact, easy.
A significant percentage of men won’t get there, even with training.
For normies, it’s probably 1/100 who can do it.
LUIS@luisomor
Anyone can bench 225, that's easy But calisthenics is what separates normal gymbros from elite athletes The strength, balance and coordination required to be good at bodyweight movements will make you simply superior

@anttsinc Dam over 50 oz with more than half the alcohol content of a 40 of OE. My 25 year old self would have done it lol. My 9 year sober self would have smacked my 25 year old self right in the kisser lol

My video recapping all my Rams reports & speculation since November 🎥
Including new confirmation of the Rams plans for:
- Updated primary logo
- No changes to their primary helmet
I’ve seen many people ask about the split horns, they ARE staying

Zach Cohen@ZachCohenFB
Confirmed & verified, just as I’ve been speculating for weeks: the Rams are ditching the gradient in their primary logo
