A very common mistake people do is forgetting to check the big pic before looking for their setups.. For example: If big pic price is in an uptrend, then resistance won't work as good as support will.. So when you open up a chart and look for a trade cause you're an ape and you can't wait for the trade to come to you, at least check HTF trend and form a bias for your setups!
