Currently running a Crowdfunding campaign for a local project and would appreciate anyone interested in supporting sport in the community lending their support too - every little bit helps and Sport Wales will match fund if we reach our target. lnkd.in/eU7-B-Jr

@MattPrior13 @legsidelizzy @SussexCCC Cricket is so far from diverse. It’s for the privileged. Look at the number of alumni from your private school who have played pro cricket. I played country U18 and have the program from game v MCC. All my teammates except me were at private schools. Little has changed it seems

I have 2 boys in the @SussexCCC pathway & it costs nearly £1000 per season per kid (coaching + specific training & playing kit they “need”). Last year they tried to charge £300 for 10 ONLINE sessions! Been appalled by this for years and it needs to change 😡

😳wtf????? Pricing young talent out of a youth system is atrocious. If this happens at your county make as much noise as you can. I am praying this isn’t the case at @TrentBridge or @NorthantsCCC ??? If it is across the board then @ECB_cricket fix this NOW!

@StevieDe @MattPrior13 @SussexCCC Sadly not free at regional level - last time my son played for Gwent we paid for winter training & a £15 match fee! Only becomes free when you get to Wales (which is great) but there is still a huge cost in kit, travelling to training and matches. Inevitably excludes many

@MattPrior13 @SussexCCC Move to Wales! My son played for Glamorgan/wales u14 last season. Didn’t pay for any training or matches (yes we paid for kit). I doubt more than a handful of the boys are private school. All the winter training has been free and of a very high standard

@MartMartMcMart @petecaldy @BorisJohnson Let’s hope so Martin - a huge talent pool and wonderful people who have had a hugely positive impact on Britain for centuries. We’ll be lucky to have them and isn’t one of the benefits of Brexit meant to be that we can increase our ability to bring in talent from outside EU?

@Vistaprint thanks for my order but disappointed that you couldn't manage to add the Welsh for thank you to your marketing materials. To help you out the word is 'Diolch'!

Dynamos is going ahead although in a changed format due to the wet pitch. Please could everyone stay off the main pitch and walk down the track to the registration area. See you at 10am 😃

In other news, running into the house, I was sent flying by my overexcited cat and smashed my face into the doorstep. Not a good look.

I’m still not permitted to Coach on a 1-1 basis in Wales not even in a protected environment with necessary social distancing measures in place. As my company continues to struggle financially due to lockdown restrictions this is Cardiff today!!!!! @fmwales this is shameful
