With an ever decreasing number of properties to rent in the private sector more pressure is building on the overall rental market. It’s become a high regulation high tax investment with a negative public image. Not very appealing.

@JohnFernandez1 Private Landlords are getting away with renting some absolutely disgusting flats and houses and charging smaller rents. My OH gave some baby items to a family and he was close to tears when he got home. More scrutiny on landlords with large portfolios
