We need to stop romanticizing the bare minimum as “self care” in motherhood.
-Eating a hot meal uninterrupted? Basic human need.
-Going to the bathroom alone? Not a luxury.
-A dentist appointment? Not a spa day.
-Grocery shopping? Definitely not “me time.”
And if you have to be sick, injured, or completely depleted just to rest,
that’s not normal. That’s a problem.

Luis's favorite feature is AI auto-tagging, and for good reason. Use the AI button to automatically add any related tags to your notes. You can also manually add any that the AI might have missed. This is a surprisingly fun way to resurface tags you might have forgotten about, and make interesting connections. ✨ 🏷️

I am excited to do this with meal planning instead of wondering what's for dinner every single day of my existence 🙃

Introducing Plan Mode. Because a prompt without a plan is just a wish. In plan mode, your agent shows its work in a read-only sandbox before touching anything. Just plan → approve → execute.

The only acceptable reason to have kids is that you want to nurture and care for another being.
That's it. That's all of the good reasons. Not because you want someone to take care of you in your old age, not because you want them to take on a certain career, to give you grandkids, to further your religion. None of that. To bring a child into this world with expectations makes it unethical to have one, it lays the foundation for emotional blackmail; as in, 'I brought you into this world and raised you, had you for this reason so give me that happiness'. No one owes you anything for the things you do out of your own will for your own sake, not even your children.

And at the end of the day… it is love that matters above all else… it is love that is worth the risk… it is love that brings us back home to the heart and soul… it is love that shows us the way… it is love that we must always consciously continue to choose to take action on… love is all there is… love is always the answer.

Millennials watched their parents lose everything in 2008. Then got handed $100K in student debt. Then got called entitled for wanting a living wage. Then survived a pandemic in our prime years. Then got priced out of every neighborhood we grew up in. And y’all really wonder why we’re not okay? We’ve been in survival mode for 20 years straight and nobody even noticed.

Things that are actually harming women’s health (and no, it’s not freaking seed oils):
-Chronic sleep deprivation disguised as “just part of motherhood”
-The mental load of running a household while working full-time
-Delayed diagnoses because symptoms are dismissed as “anxiety” or “stress”
-Lack of paid maternity leave and real postpartum support
-Being told to “just lose weight” instead of getting evidence-based care
-Skipping meals, movement, and medical appointments because everyone else comes first
-Medical gaslighting, especially when it comes to pain, fatigue, and hormonal symptoms
-Structural barriers to care: time, cost, childcare, access
-Workplace systems that punish pregnancy and caregiving
-The expectation that women should function at 100%…all the time…no matter what
But sure, tell me more about seed oils. 🙄
