Roblox is sending Cease & Desist letters to some of the largest condo creators on the platform.

Surely this new update is a risk of a lawsuit right? You pay for an item then it later gets changed completely. No option to refund or any kind of compensation. You just now have an entirely different item from the one you paid actual money for.

Roblox needs to do a better job of promoting these items. Whenever they had a sale the items would be on the front page of the marketplace, now I have to search to find the accessories
