Kenya Police Boss Douglas Kanja, his counterpart at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations Mohamed Amin, and National Intelligence Service boss Noordin Haji have allowed Ruto to use the police like tissue paper, doing dirty work. In a year’s time, Ruto and everyone carrying out illegal orders will be held accountable. Ol Kalao has taught us how to organize and counter goons and Ruto’s private militia. We shall barricade our towns and villages. Any armed stranger dressed in civilian clothes who enters our communities to cause violence even if carrying only a stick we shall deal with firmly. Let the government know this: we shall only obey orders from uniformed and clearly identifiable officers. We shall carry out citizen’s arrests on goons and Ruto’s private militia!
