An IEBC commissioner that does not know the law. 🚮 S15(d) of the Elections Offences act criminalizes using public funds to introduce a new dvlpt project for purposes of supporting a candidate. So those gas cylinders, mattresses & boats are proof of electoral fraud.

I have filed a constitutional petition at the Milimani High Court Nairobi, Constitutional and Human Rights Court, petition number HCCHRPET/E380/2026. This is a petition challenging the alleged blocking of Kenyans on social media by state and state actors. Together with Olive Naisenkei Ambrose @OliveAmbrose6 , We are arguing that accounts used by state and state actors for official dissemination of information function as public accounts and therefore, the impugned act of blocking Kenyans on social media platforms by these accounts violates Articles 10, 27, 33, 35, and 47 of the CoK 2010 as well as Sections 4 and 6 of the Access to Information Act,2016. And do you know what else comes with gangs? The use of indiscriminate sexual violence as a weapon of domination. And do you know who the softest targets are for that kind of violence? Yes, women and children. Look the other way on this issue at your own peril.
Goons will become gangs. Gangs will become rebel armies controlling regions of Kenya. We should urgently remove politics from national security or else there will be no place to run.
The irony of deploying our troops to combat gangs in Haiti while our own country is becoming Haiti and in need of responsive troops because our own police here are part of the gangs.
