California does not have a homeless proble. California has a ONE PARTY RULES PROBLEM. For 30 years Democrats have had a super majority and has passed every crazy law; Pushed every fraud filled wasteful program immaginable; and created the very problems they claim to care so much about. Why would they solve a problem that is drawing billions of dollars in federal funds? The homeless industrial complex is simply a way to squeeze money from taxpayers for a problem they have NO INTENTION OF FIXING.
