The package includes multiple versions of the footage and around 100 photos, with prices ranging from $600 to $100. According to online investigators, the victim was 27-year-old Nguyen Xuan Dat from Vietnam, who for years posted on forums about his fetish for beheading. The killer has not yet been identified; the only clue is a “13-9” tattoo on his arm.
