@destination2uk please DM me as I’m experiencing an issue that is not being resolved, when I called today I was just told that I have to wait for an email with no compassion whatsoever. This is my third holiday with you and each time the after sales is a complete mess.

@destination2uk shambles of a company can't email you as you respond with email saying DO NOT GET IN TOUCH can't ring as no answer, gov says not to fly, airlines have cancelled and refunded people till end of April as have other holiday companies, I want my money refunded ASAP.

@destination2uk holiday due in less than 7 days and you’ve still not resolved. Other companies like love holidays refunding whole holidays that travel through Dubai and you’re dragging it out as long as you can. Do not use this company! #dubai #holidays

@destination2uk absolute shambles of a company…. Meant to fly to Dubai in less than 6 days and had still waiting for a phone call to sort out despite being told we can’t fly.

@destination2uk - it is not reasonable to keep messaging to say you will do nothing unless flying within the next 7 days. I pressed this option on the phone yesterday and was placed on hold (ended up giving up after 45mins) - i have no confidence on a resolution #zeroconfidence

Shocking service @TUIUK @Destination2 😡 Many calls & emails, still no resolution. Yesterday: 70 mins on a call to sort upgraded seats, passed around, put on hold and cut off. All to upgrade seats due to a medical condition…no ownership #TUI #Destination2 #customerservicefail
