We have awarded @GREATBritain Gateway Innovation Funding to @DestinationNEE + @marketing_mcr to inspire international visitors to explore Britain via regional gateways. Campaigns will run in the USA + Germany into MCR +NE England, featuring tourism experiences from across Britain

The campaign will run in Germany, the UK's 2nd most valuable market, targeting visitors travelling to NE England via Amsterdam. @DestinationNEE (@NGIinitiative @VCDBusiness @VisitNLandbiz) will run the campaign in partnership with @DFDS_ukire, @Cumbriatourism and @VisitScotnews
