The crowd sucks at predicting football results. Yesterday, the biggest leagues ended and we have the final rankings. I went back in time to understand what the predicted ranking was during July/August on Polymarket. Only 2 out of 5 winners were correct: PSG and Bayern. All the tables are in this thread 🧵

6/ Conclusion I am sorry if this wasn't that interesting but sometimes I wrote content for myself. I am extremely curious about if the crowd is accurate in predicting events (the one where you cannot have insiders) or if there are some biases that influence the choices. 7/ Conclusion I’m sure there are way more than that, and they’re growing. Larping as traders to scam people is an insanely profitable business, and I’m trying to do my best to keep the space clean. I’m going to review every account on @ethos_network to leave a footprint of my work. I also found it useful to discover that one of the accounts was involved in a presale scam under another username.
