In my opinion USDINR in range of 92 to 94 will be the biggest trigger for FII/FPI to enter Indian Market once this war settles down as Rupee will appreciate after war cools off and crude prices tapering down. Rupee Appreciation will boost FII/FPI return in near term. I don't see crude / gas shortages to continue for very long even though war may go on. Price of crude will also cool off boosting appreciation of Rupee. There is deep value in certain pockets of Indian market. Overall Valuations are looking stretched because of new age businesses being included in index. Our biggest problem is lack of liquidity in Smallcap, Midcap, Microcap. Return of FII/FPI on the backdrop of corrected valuations (Time + Price correction) will be icing on the cake. Remember this is not the time to sell. Counter views are welcome.

There are tons of rules for tenants but almost nothing protecting owners. We will see more and more cases where tenants treat the occupied property as their own and refuse to vacate. With these rules, it could become even tougher for owners 🚨 India’s New Rent Rules (2026) • Security deposit capped at 2 months’ rent. • No eviction without legal due process. • Rental agreements must be digitally stamped & registered within 60 days. • Rent can increase once a year with 90 days’ notice. • Landlords must give 24 hours’ notice before entry. • If essential repairs aren’t done in 30 days, tenants can fix them and deduct from rent. • Lock changes, cutting utilities, or threatening tenants is punishable.

Ladies and gentlemen, you are not ready for this! To give you a break from the cliché spy thrillers like Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar 2, YRF is bringing Alpha, a totally fresh, never-heard, mind-boggling story of an Indian spy teaming up with a Pakistani spy to hunt down an ex-Indian spy gone rogue. Mind blown, right? Like I warned you earlier, you were simply not ready for something this astonishingly fresh and realistic.

Was honestly doubtful about the Scapia referral offer. 6 successful referrals = iPad. Thought it might just be another marketing offer like many others out there. But credit where it’s due 👏 @getscapia Scapia kept their promise, and I received my iPad today! #ccgeeks

Finally completed all my @getscapia 6 referrals 😅 More than 25 people used my referral. Many got rejected even after having decent card portfolio and Cibil Noticed Blr folks are getting quicker approvals and lesser rejections! Hope they will deliver as promised !

Hey @getscapia completed another referral offer for Insta360 🙂 This time it just took 1 day to complete all 5 referrals. Video KYC and approvals are happening very fast. Just letting you know that, now I need PS5 🥹

"Bharat ke east mein bhi hum hain, Bharat ke west mein bhi hum hain, is tournament mein best bhi to hum hi hain.” Makes any sense? Lazy, cringe, painfully childish rhyme passed off as commentary. 1.4 billion people, yet not one decent Hindi commentator.

Let’s end this childish stadium debate forever. Ahmedabad: • 2023 Final: Lost vs AUS • 2026 Super 8: Lost vs SA Wankhede: • 1987 SemiFinal: Lost vs ENG • 2016 SemiFinal: Lost vs WI • 1996 Group: Lost vs AUS Cricket is played by players, not stadiums. #CricketTwitter

@jassneetsingha The prices you get on Amazon pay for hotel and flights with 5% cashback are no match. Have booked Taj property in goa with almost 20% less cost than any other platform.

HSBC + Hopper in India is ridiculously overpriced. This is my 4th attempt trying to book a hotel using HSBC TravelOne. And again… it fails. Example 👇 📍 Ramada by Wyndham, Amritsar • HSBC Travel (Hopper): ~₹13,500+ • HDFC SmartBuy (Cleartrip): ~₹7,500+ Same hotel. Same room. Almost ₹6,000 difference. Even if I had HSBC Premier (which I don’t)… Even if I value rewards at 72% return (accor)… It still makes zero sense. Why would anyone pay ₹13.5K for something available at ₹7.5K on an OTAs? This isn’t a one-off. I’ve tried domestic hotel booking through HSBC. All failed due to much higher pricing. To be fair — Hopper seems to work well for international searches. People have reported decent results for Japan, Vietnam, etc. But for Indian hotels, the pricing is simply atrocious. HSBC really needs to fix this. 1️⃣ Work with Hopper to correct Indian hotel pricing 2️⃣ Partner with Indian OTAs like Cleartrip / MMT the way HDFC & ICICI do Because right now… The travel portal benefit is practically unusable for domestic bookings.
