Pre booked a window seat in an @airindia flight only for them to change my seat to a middle seat without my consent or knowledge. And then I was denied a window seat due to overbooking, the most horrible experience. Air India is just going downhill

@airindia The only response I got was request someone to exchange seats with me or mail your customer care for a refund, it’s a 3 hour flight from Delhi to Bangalore all I wanted to do was be comfortable, thanks so much @airindia worst fucking airline

@airindia in order to avoid not getting a window seat I pre booked a window seat. Horrible fuckinf experience would not recommend this airline to anyone
