@iamshamahmed @HM_Passport Im on docs received 22nd too at 12.34pm in bootle. Which office did you send it to? If I get an update on the tracker I will let you know but it’s actually impossible to speak to anyone or get a reply

@HM_Passport My docs were received on the 22nd and there has been no update since. I’ve emailed, tried online chat, phone keeps saying not taking calls and I’m desperately trying this. I was told my app was sent to bootle it’s an adult renewal and the ref is PEX 3505319038
