@BenKeaneIFA @passportwaiting Mine was received last week and was sent with TNT. Printed Tuesday, received on the Thursday however it was originally marked for the Friday delivery and I logged in to track it and changed the delivery date to one day earlier. 👍🏼

@passportwaiting so i've just received notification that my passport renewal has been approved and is being printed. How long after that usually before i physically get it? Is it sent by courier or normal post ? Anyone know?

@AkdagGeorgina @lockley_sharon @AdamChambers77 @passportwaiting We had same issues but on Mon we got to the stage where we had to leave a number for a callback which we did. We continued to ring them as no one rang us back until late wed aft. She couldn’t help so we asked to be put thru to cust/comp dept

@Wacky1Walker @lockley_sharon @AdamChambers77 @passportwaiting Whenever I call the passport office I can’t get to speak to anyone. I’ve tried various times on various days and it always says the call volume is too high and ends the call. Have you had that amount refunded?

@AkdagGeorgina @lockley_sharon @AdamChambers77 @passportwaiting Was Liverpool, but Durham rang us as we paid to see someone today (at Durham)to re-start a new application & do a fast/track to get it with-in 7 days. We found out on Thurs that we couldn’t do that as we haven’t got his old p/port. Lots of ringing up talking to complaints dept 👍
