@RosaNagashi Why do people forget how basic and unoriginal gacha games used to be? Genshin needs improvement in many aspects, but it brought the pity system, the 50/50, things that are now the standard. Without the Genshin boom, things wouldn't be the way they are today.

@frequentblue @RosaNagashi Before Genshin, gacha games didn't usually have a pity or guaranteed system; they were usually much more basic games without exploration mechanics or an open world. Genshin's reaction system is creative, it doesn't just stick to the typical water>fire, both affect each other
