i swear im not posting Thoughts anymore bc i don’t have anything to add that others haven’t already said but like. we can’t “revisit” a whole season. we’re not going to see any of the narrative beats from lestat’s backstory again, barring a few possible exceptions. what a bummer.

on another note i feel bad for assad, during all promo he was asked about armand's arc and give vague answers. everyone thought it was bc he was trying to be careful with information when in reality armand simply didn't have an established individual development arc this season
