A word of advice to content creators from someone who's frequently snubbed:
When your supporters, especially those who contribute monthly with a subscription on YouTube/Twitch or Patreon, say "hi" on stream, or send you a message (especially when you specifically TELL PEOPLE to do that), and you don't acknowledge them, or respond to their messages (especially when you respond to others who's comments are right next to theirs), you're going to lose them AND their financial contributions.
It takes so little time and effort to acknowledge someone who directly supports you.
Remember: You don't have to LIKE all your supporters/subscribers, but you SHOULD have the decency to say "hi" in return as a simple courtesy.

@comingconflict I use PLA for 90% of what I do. There is no real advantage for the things I print.

I’d even increase that time to 10 maybe 12 hours. I do it allot especially when you have to pay for four flights. Plus I get to stop in interesting places and museum’s for the kids. Increases the time as well but totally worth it. I can stay a night in a great hotel and still come out on top.

Any drive less than 7 hours is 1,000% better than flying. 8+ hours & maybe it's worth it.
Even with no delays (rare) the drive to/from airport, parking, security, checking bags, boarding, taxing, etc is going to eat up 4+ hours on top of however long you're in the air.
Might as well pay less, not have to rent a car or Uber, bring anything you want, & spend that time in your own space with more control over the journey.

If people started having .25 more kids on average in our country how many more houses would we need in 20 years? Roughly 4 million more homes because that’s roughly 11 million people.
We could manage that because we would have time to plan and build the needed housing supply increase.
Let’s say you all of sudden in 4 years we had that many people looking for housing? What do you think would happen to housing supply and cost?

Very soon now, AI will infiltrate everything in our lives. We will tell our microwave to cook, we will tell our TV to pick a movie, we will tell our car where to go and where to stop, we will tell our house to get warmer or cooler.
AI will screen our calls. AI will make our amazon orders for us. AI will organize parties and meetups and even just meeting a friend.
AI will do our taxes, pay our bills, manage our finances. Etc, etc.
Musk may be right about his notion of sustainable abundance. The 20th century lifted 1/4 of the world out of poverty. The 21st could be 10 times better.

I’ve been on a quest to learn @Shapr3D as of late. The process? Instead of watching stupid shorts on my iPad before I go to bed I open up Shapr. I look for something by searching images of furniture which is how I first learned to CAD in SketchUp and then on to Fusion. I’m starting to get the feel and like being able to use my iPad for something actually useful and especially a replacement for mind numbing activities.
