A quick and practical use of ChatGPT - I used GPT 4o for that, but I imagine it would work with others. You have a PDF with a table that you would want to paste into Excel. A simple copy / paste will give you an awful output that you'll have to spend plenty of time formatting. But with a simple query, ChatGPT formats the table for you - it's easy to paste!
