We recently welcomed a group of high school students from the International School of Hellerup who are studying psychology to our lab! We talked about the kind of research we do here, the methods we use and what they can tell us about developing cognition @CopenhagenPsych

One of the first projects started @devomindlab is finally out! With @vhsouthgate, Dimitris Askitis @SketchySk, &non-tweeting Helle Duplessy, we show that preschoolers do better on a communicative perspective-taking task (Director task) after a brief imitation-inhibition training.

Our lab has recently been joined by an excellent young researcher, @CecileGal! She is working as a postdoc on the Curiosity project with Katarina Begus. The @DFF_raad funded project investigates what motivates babies to learn and how babies' curiosity develops between 1 & 2 years

New work from our @DEVOMINDLab led by @_emy with @SketchySk and @VelisarM in which we provide initial evidence using pupillometry that the emergence of a self-representation at ~18 months may be critical in experiencing a conflict in perspectives. direct.mit.edu/opmi/article-a…
