@TheSnoozeDoctor I tend to review the department situation at about 4pm (8am is a bit early) and start planning for any potential overruns as a senior ,over ambitious lists are a problem especially overruns and it’s the staff that are then seen as unreasonable for not staying🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s not even 8am and the theatre manager has already declared that the list is “too long” and asked us which patient we want to cancel! She hasn’t even asked whether the theatre team would stay a little later should the list overrun! This is completely unacceptable management!

If Farage becomes PM: he will be hostile and dictatorial towards his Cabinet. His Cabinet will be poorly skilled and mostly incompetent so as not present a threat to him. He will make decisions based on his needs and not those of the Country. He will sow hate and mistrust amongst citizens to make them more dependant on him.

The UK local election results illustrate that some British people have still not learnt from Brexit. Farage used exactly the same tactics as he did then, outright lies, unrealistic promises, easy solutions for complex problems and once again some fell for it. Some never learn.
