Gotta say, the 2 picks I came around on the most were Hibner & Lane. I didn’t have enough intel on both players, dug in more & they both impressed me as prospects. I was hoping for Delp or Roush but quite happy with Hibner & what he offers in comparison. @HuddleItUpFilms #Ravens

@devpanchwagh I like what I’m seeing so far. People have remarked on extra stutter steps, but for a guy his size and legs that long, if he has to do it to avoid torquing, especially the knees, and it keeps him seated instead of bending - do it.

Excellent points regarding what it takes to play Big Nickel. Corners need to fill the outside lanes to make it all work. Chido & Marlo are physical enough. Nate needs to get there. Eyes will also be facing forward more often playing in zone. #Ravens #RavensFlock

Everyone wants their team to copy the Texans and Seahawks big nickel model, but one thing you have to understand, your CB need to be physical and come up and tackle in the run game, not every CB in the NFL is built to do that. Seahawks'Witherspoon and Josh Jobe Texans Lassiter and Stingley Not to mention the physicality of the guys they have playing big nickel, Everybody loves the scheme but their are some key factors that make it work.

Not hard to see why coaches love Matt Hibner. I don't know if he has the upside of a top TE, but he does literally every single little thing correctly. You can line him up anywhere and he'll execute.

@devpanchwagh Same thing I was thinking 6’4 guys aren’t going to move like Zay & Wester but his catch radius and strong at the catch point is undeniable. Definitely rooting for the kid as he become one of my favorites from the draft class.

@zzGodSpeed @JoshRodrigues87 You may not like it but the players grew tired of him. It’s a fact that has been corroborated everywhere and what I’ve also heard personally. Does it mean he’s a bad coach? No one said that. But tactically, they weren’t as sharp as they used to be. They needed a change.

@zzGodSpeed @JoshRodrigues87 You can view his career and say he’s a borderline HoF coach while also acknowledging they needed a new voice. Especially when you see how the players are responding now. His energy grew stale. It’s that simple. It can be a nuanced view of the situation.
