Your minimum base fitness level should be: - 40 push-ups - 8 pull-ups - 100 squats - 2km run without stopping If this sounds unrealistic, you have SERIOUS work to do my boy.

@MahyarTousi Every 4 years the same story. The left fabricates a reason to "boycott the world cup". In reality, they are snobs hating that working-class men like it. If only they could ban it forever, or replace it with a black queer lesbian knitting contest.

Don’t worry, the Vape Shop that doesn’t money launder and doesn’t just employ foreign men will have complied with all building regs, they would definitely have their electrical and gas certificates in place, no need to blame them for destroying more of our nations history in Glasgow Central Station.

Susanna Reid on #GMB discussing a story in the Telegraph: "expats fleeing Dubai are abandoning their pets as they rush to leave the Gulf" As Kevin Maguire asks, "What type of people are they?". He also points out they're not expats, they're British migrants.

This is rubbish. There are flights available to buy at premium rates while people who have had flights cancelled are still waiting to get rebooked. Prioritising profit over people.
Emirates Support@EmiratesSupport

Following the partial re-opening of regional airspace, Emirates is operating a reduced flight schedule while working to restore full network operations. ✈️ Flights to these destinations are currently operating: emirat.es/nowoperating. 🎫 Customers can check availability and book here: emirat.es/bookflights. We are accommodating customers with earlier bookings as a priority. Customers should only proceed to the airport if they have a confirmed booking. The airline anticipates a return to 100% of its network within the coming days, subject to airspace availability and the fulfilment of all operational requirements. Safety, as ever, remains paramount as is our duty of care. Operations Update ◾️ Yesterday, Emirates carried approximately 30,000 passengers out of Dubai. ◾️By tomorrow, 7 March, Emirates will have 106 daily return flights operating to 83 destinations, representing almost 60% of our route network. ◾️In certain high-demand markets, Emirates has significantly scaled up its operations. In the UK alone, the airline will be operating 11 daily flights across five airports by 7 March, reflecting the strength of travel demand between the UAE and UK. ◾️Additional capacity is being deployed across India, with Emirates scaling up to 22 daily flights, serving all nine of its Indian gateways by tomorrow 7 March. ◾️In the United States, Emirates currently operates to seven of its American gateways, ensuring continued connectivity between the US and the UAE during this period. We continue to monitor the situation closely and adapt our operations accordingly. We urge all customers to check emirates.com and our official social media channels, where we will publish the latest updates as they become available.

@SandyofSuffolk Therefore it's unfair to blame the current government for the failures of past governments don't you think? It's not as if America tipped anyone off so arrangements could be made in advance
