@dewysue @OVOEnergy @UKLabour They won't do anything Sue. The same as every other energy company. Her gas meter hasn't worked in 5 months. Engineers haven't shown up on the two occasions they said they would. She's £800 in credit but frightened to use it as she can't see exactly how much she's used. 1/2

@OVOEnergy A friend on here @MarchieUK has no working gas meter which you've failed to fix. She's £800 in Credit and is frightened to use it!! These are elderly disabled people!!! Please get something done and return some of her money to help her out over Christmas.
