@Cleartrip has the worst booking and customer care department. I made my flight ticket on 1st April 2026. Ticket was partially issued by airline. Since then have been constantly following up with cleartrip, but no response, only false assurances. Their GRO is also useless.

@Yatra_Care Rules should apply to every customer on equal basis.

@Yatra_Care You should refund it to me in the original mode of payment. Why can you refund it to others in their original payment method, whereas to me it is in form of ecash?

@YatraOfficial I recently cancelled my flight that was booked through Yatra. Spoke to your customer support and they said I would get a partial refund. However, I got even a lesser amount of refund that was mentioned on the call. This is sketchy and unprofessional. Pls fix this

@Yatra_Care Also, the previous message on which I had replied shows how @Yatra_Care has refunded the convenience fees to one of the passangers. Then, why is rule different for different persons?

@Yatra_Care same thing happened with me. Flight cancelled by airline &I told airline to process full refund .Inspite of airline giving full refund,when the same was communicated to yatra ,convenience fees was deducted despite customer care promise for full refund. Yatra Ref-0610240059965

@airindia No proper resolution received yet from @airindia It has become a new normal that post merger these goons keep changing our flight timings, yet do not allow passengers to change the same ticket if its uncomfortable to them @MoCA_GoI

when my flight was rescheduled to 4:15 and there was no other flight , i had to accept the timings. Now i am in no position to catch the 1:25 pm flight. How is this justifiable that every other week the flights are being rescheduled,with airline denying rescheduling @airindia

@RamMNK @airindia @DGCAIndia I had booked my flight from Varanasi to Mum for 30 Dec 2024 at 1:25 pm. This flight was first cancelled and I was given 4:15 pm flight. Now after altering the plans,my flight has again been shifted to 1:25, with airline denying to reschedule for free
