@testerlabor There is special place I my heart for the C64 and especially VIC-20, my first ever computer. I stayed up for 3 days programming nonstop when I got it for the sheer love of coding.

@dfilskov @pebblewasright @ericmigi It is not just a matter of high or low heartbeats, for sporting use, an accurate sensor fusion with an accelerometer is required. If the goal is to have an accuracy similar MiBand 1 maybe...being a sportwatch(Garmin like) is not possible for a small dev team

@ericmigi Why are you so adamant about calling Pebble not a health watch? Like are there fundamental hardware limitations? Put another way why can't Pebble be a health watch? In your mind where is the line?

Dusted off my SX-64 back in 2022 when I found my old Koala Pad graphics tablet in a box in the shed. The monitor took a ittle while to settle down but 40 years later it all still works!

Can now fly in 16 directions. Hardest thing was getting angles like NNE to not collapse in cardinal directions when slowing down to a stop. Used @RikOclon's art from Pyrotoad to test #gbstudio #dev #indie #retro

@pebblewasright @ericmigi Calibrate HR sensors for sports are too much difficult, it needed a lot of datas and years of experience in sport wearable, it is impossible for Core Devices.

HANG-ON (Sega, 1985) The first of Sega's Super Scaler arcade games. Designed by Yu Suzuki, had a motorcycle-shaped cabinet where players physically lean left/right. Sometimes confused with its own sequel SUPER HANG-ON (released 2 years later with a wider range of Western home ports). Also available on the Master System, MSX, SG-1000 and PC-88.

@dfilskov Thank you. This is a Super Nintendo controller. I have drawn a replacement for worn out/corroded PCBs and then a friend asked if I could turn it into a version with tactile buttons. This is the result.

@olDirdey Cool. Dome-switches rule! What's it for? - any plans for its chassis?

I expected I'd have to replace the membrane with a modified one first so that the tactile switches would feel good. That turned out to be unfounded; all the buttons still respond very well and consistently.
