@for59j54 Another question I have - what has happened to the 20% savings often attributed to the use of BIM if your tender failed due to the additional cost of complying with the “tons of #PAS1192 and #BIM requirements”.

Really angers me to hear that a project we bid for that we only just missed on cost that was loaded with tons of #PAS1192 #BIM requirements , the contractor that did win told me they didnt price or really use BIM and never saw or handed over models/COBie. Client wasn’t fussed
