@jackfrosch Jack, thank you for all your support and for the great presentations you gave to the group over the years. I'll just have to book more #groovy content at @javamug ;)

📢Our work here in DFW is done. At last night's meeting we decided to disband the group due to lack of interest. ☹️ The web site will remain but will eventually be moved a free domain name. This Twitter account will also hang around for DFW related Groovy discussion. RIP 💀

I'll update the web site shortly, but just a reminder. Tomorrow's meeting is just general discussion and future planning. All are welcome. Also, our meetup page is no longer being used - back to just Twitter and our site.

No formal presentation next week but we'll be talking about the future of the group and as always some good discussion of Groovy language goodies

Meetup membership is maxed out. Just wish all 50 people attended meetings. Paid account expires soon and will most likely not be renewed. Not really giving us the desired attendance for $10/mo especially when the group has no income itself. Will send notice before cancellation.
